RARE REPRINTS AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST TIME!
"PIT DOG REPORT"-1970- The first
great year of publication of this rare and famous pit dog magazine of the
past containing many photos and match reports on the most noted dogs in
pit fighting history.
We have just completed a reprinting of several very old pit bull fancier
magazines of the '70's and 80's. We have hand picked these issues for
their valuable content, both text and photographic, to the modern day
pit bull fraternity. Even if you could find these valuable old prints
in their original form they were done on poor quality, high acid content
paper and likely will be falling apart as are my old copies of them. And
just try getting an old-timer friend to let you take his home and look
at them! Good luck!
These prints are done on heavy 24 lb. bond white, archive quality, acid-free
paper and will last a lifetime. And we had them put on a 24 lb. ivory
color cover to make them look especially presentable. In other words they
are better than the originals, if you could find them.
And this is no slap-dash job by an 18 year old at "Quick Print"
hurrying to get to lunch, either. These were carefully done by a professional
at this own printing shop on a $10,000 copier as that process reproduces
the photos much better than offset printing and we paid particular attention
to trying to do the pictures as clearly as we could. These are full size
8 1/2" by 11" reprints done on 11" by 17" paper, folded
in the middle and stapled just like the originals! Here's what we have.
